Make sure your event is well publicised; distribute posters and flyers with information about the event; advertise the event in your workplace, local library, post office, leisure centre or school.

Wherever possible, please use the St George’s Hospital Charity logo and registered charity number (241527). We can let you have a copy of the logo and the guidelines of how to use it.

Make sure you give people plenty of notice and remind them near the time of your event!
